Use this tutorial to enable waiting rooms and customize a message to appear for those that join the meeting room.

Learn more about how waiting rooms work. This feature is available in pro acco. Click the group name then click the meeting tab. They cannot exceed 1mb.

To upload a logo click the pencil under the logo box. Sign in to the zoom web portal as an administrator with the privilege to edit groups. Click the edit icon pencil next to customize the title logo and description the customize the waiting room options window will open. The minimum height and width is 60px and the maximum is 400px.

Zoom provides the capability to control who is admitted to your meetings even after you ve joined as the host using a feature called waiting room. Under the security section verify the waiting room feature is enabled. You can customize your zoom waiting room by adding your picture a company logo a title and a descriptio.
